    Back Massage 30mins

    This mini massage gently relaxes you by concentrating on the neck and back. Great for a quick pick me up during your lunch break or after work before going out.

    Body Massage 60 - 90mins

    Swedish Massage techniques increase circulation, improves flexibility and provides relief from pain. Breaks down any lactic acid build up, helps increase circulation, release toxins, and relaxes and stimulates muscles.

    Aromatherapy Massage is a gentle, relaxing massage using a variety of essential oils refined from herbs, plants and flowers. A most relaxing treatment for stress reduction using pure essential oil blends to suit your personal needs, be it to relax, re-energize, soothe aching muscles or stimulate your circulation. This treatment is a complete face, scalp and body massage for the ultimate aromatherapy experience.

    Lymphatic Drainage Massage 60 min.............£65

    This treatment is designed to stimulate the elimination of toxins and waste from the body using a manual lymphatic massage. The will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed and the body cleansed. This massage is ideal as an added boost to your weight loss and detoxifying regime and perfect for the frequent traveller due to water retention.

    Thai Herbal Ball Massage

    A combination of deep tissue and thai massage using an herbal ball to help relax and stimulate the muscles and senses. The thai herbal ball is pressed firmly onto the muscles during the treatment. This is designed to release tension, strengthen your metabolism, and rejuvenate the skin and release toxins.
