Reservations
If you would like to book an appointment please call or email us, or fill in our online booking form.

Spa Arrival
We recommend that you arrive at the Spa Reception at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment as this allows us to have a brief discussion with you about your treatment.

If you would like to have a complimentary sauna treatment at Notting Hill, please ensure you book time in advance as all our treatments are private.

If you are receiving a facial treatment let your therapist know if you would like to have the Dermalogica treatment foundation applied after your facial. This gives a great coverage similar to other foundations but will not clog pores and is acceptable to use immediately after a facial.

For all body massages and treatments, it is important to drink plenty of water to help cleanse the body and flush out toxins. Make time to relax in our client seating area or in our Colour Therapy Relaxation room where you can have complimentary water, coffee, teas and juices during your stay.

Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will incur a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.

Pregnancy
We have customised packages for mothers-to-be and can advise on treatments suitable for expectant mothers. Please ask the spa concierge for more details when you are making the booking.
